At DJAT, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Items marked as Final Sale or given as gifts/promotions cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Worn clothing

Damaged items not caused by DJAT

Gifted or promotional pieces
3. Exchanges

You may exchange your item for a different size or color (if available).

If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a mistake on our side (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@djatwear.com with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
